Vibrant Kale Microgreen with a dark green leaves and variegated stems of pink, floral purple, and at times, bright red. Has a consistent flavor compared to other Kale microgreens: nutty and robust—similar to mustard, only less spicy! Compliments flavors such as grilled pork, pancetta, sausage, garlic, chilies, onions, thyme and caraway.
